I was raised in London and have since lived across Oxford, Boston, San Francisco, and now New York City.
I studied between Oxford and London before practising as a medical doctor within the UK's National Health Service, where I was also deeply involved in academic research and teaching. From there I moved into venture capital, investing in early stage healthcare technology companies. That work reshaped how I thought about what healthcare could and should look like, and eventually drew me to Boston to explore the field more closely, particularly the application of artificial intelligence.
After nearly a year of research, I moved to San Francisco to found Taxo, an agentic platform that automates administrative operations burdening healthcare providers. We later relocated to New York City to be closer to our customers.
Outside of work, I serve as an editor and peer-reviewer across several medical journals. I also love tennis, poker, and standup comedy.
